This site is a tribute to Matthew James Balls. He is much loved and will always be remembered.

The family would like to invite friends and relatives of Matthew to the funeral service at the South Lincs Crematorium in Surfleet at 3pm on Monday 17th January 2022

We ask that one item of clothing be of bright colouring as Matthew loved his bright colours that matched his personality.

Those that know Matthew well,  know of his struggles with severe nocturnal epilepsy,  this he battled with from the age of 11 having had night terrors during his early childhood, he never refused to try new treatments,  underwent major brain surgery and even had a VNS implant to try and control his seizures,  but nothing stopped them completely and he would go through seizures every night whilst asleep. 

To this we would ask that no flowers be sent but instead donations be made to the charities selected by the family,  these helped Matthew where possible to try and live his best life. 

Taken from us to early,  with so much to give this world,  will forever be missed every day. Love you always Son, Brother and Grandson.
